How far ahead should I ask for a quote?
As early as you can. Weekends in spring and summer fill up first, so two to four weeks ahead is a good habit. Last-minute requests are welcome too, and staff tell you what is still open.
What happens if it rains?
Inflatables cannot be used in rain, lightning or strong wind. If the forecast looks bad, staff contact you to talk through moving the date or other options. Staff confirm the exact weather policy with you.
How much flat space do I need?
Each rental page lists a setup area. As a rule, leave a few feet of clearance on every side of an inflatable and check for low branches, wires and sprinkler heads.
Can you set up on concrete, pavers or sand?
Often, yes. Grass is easiest because units are staked down. On hard surfaces or sand, staff use weights instead. Mention the surface in your request so staff can plan for it.
Do I need power?
Most inflatables and concession machines need a standard outlet within about 50 feet. Larger slides and courses need two outlets on separate circuits. If there is no power, ask staff about a generator.
How do setup and pickup work?
The crew arrives during an agreed window before your event, sets everything up and walks you through safe use. After the party they return to take it all down. You do not need to lift anything.
Are the rentals cleaned?
Yes. Inflatables are cleaned and dried between rentals, and machines are cleaned before they go out.
Who supervises the kids?
An adult from your party needs to watch any inflatable while it is in use. Staff explain the rules for each unit at setup, such as how many kids at once and no shoes or sharp objects.
Do I pay a deposit on this site?
No. Nothing is paid on this site. After you send a request, staff confirm the details and explain any deposit directly.
Which areas do you serve?
North Florida and South Georgia, from our Jacksonville base, and we travel farther for the right event. Include your event address in your request and staff confirm the range and any travel fee.
Do you travel outside Jacksonville?
Yes. We cover North Florida and South Georgia, including St. Augustine, Gainesville, Daytona, Brunswick and Savannah, and travel to Atlanta, Augusta, Tallahassee and the Panhandle. Staff confirm travel details with your quote.
Is this a real business?
No. This is a demonstration site. The rentals, photos and text are samples, nothing here can be ordered and no business receives the requests.
